🧽 CLEANING & RETURN RULES

To ensure that all our guests enjoy Casa Rural El Hayedo de los Sueños in perfect conditions, it is important that you are familiar with our cleaning rules and the fees that will apply in case of non-compliance.

Your cooperation is essential to keep our house in perfect condition.

Kitchen and tableware

  • Tableware, kitchen utensils, and appliances must be left clean and put away.

Rubbish

  • Please do not leave rubbish indoors or outdoors.
  • Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins/containers.

Furniture

  • Furniture, sofas, and mattresses must be returned in good condition and free of stains.
  • Please do not move heavy furniture or change the original layout.

Kitchenware and equipment

  • All kitchenware and equipment must be returned complete and in their proper place.

Outdoor areas

  • The barbecue and any outdoor areas used must be left clean.

💰 EXTRA CLEANING FEES

If the cleaning rules are not followed, the following additional charges will apply:

Collection and removal of forgotten rubbish €15–€30
Deep cleaning of the oven, barbecue, or appliances €20–€50
Stains on sofas, mattresses, or upholstery From €50
Replacement of broken or missing kitchenware According to value

⚠️ IMPORTANT: These amounts will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally if necessary.
